How long does it take to receive my order?

For tees, t-shirt and backpacks, the average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.

For the rest of our products, we typically ship orders within 7-10 Business Days. In the event of a sale, shipping times may be delayed. We ship from multiple warehouses.

How can I track my order? 

You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive a link to track your order. 

How does the apparel fit? 

You can review the chart size next to each product to make sure you are getting the right sizes.

How can I exchange an item? 

Hassle-free returns! Please email customerservice@one4boys.com with your name, order #, and reason for returning. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost. 

Do you offer refunds? 

Absolutely. If you don't love your item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of your purchase date.

Do you offer refunds on International orders? 

Yes, please contact us at Customerservice@one4boys.com to make a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost incurred for return shipment is the responsibility of the sender.
